A leading global provider of business education content and learning solutions engaged Osprey Software to assess and elevate the maturity of its internal Enterprise IT and IT Project Management Office (PMO) operations.   • Provided benchmarking analysis for ITIL against a variety of different businesses of different shapes and sizes
  • Created a three-year roadmap, broken into three strategic phases, complete with clear recommendations to guide their journey toward higher maturity

The result was not just an assessment – but a blueprint for long-term transformation and one that was “Board-ready.”

Results

The organization received a robust, data-driven maturity analysis and a phased implementation strategy. Key deliverables included:

  • Baseline maturity scores across core functions
  • Specific, actionable steps for each phase of maturity advancement
  • A timeline-based roadmap aligned to operational goals and business priorities

This was all accomplished within an 8-week window from project inception to final hand-off.
